1 year or few months back closed my credit card.
Ends with 2829 exp 12/20.
recently I got message about 3599₹ billing on card ends with 3829.
but the card not received by me, even I don’t know full digits of credit card.
called customer care,
They told me it’s auto issued behalf of you. with annual fee , (previous card was life time free card). I am not opted for any card.
1st: not opted by me.
2nd: not received by me.
3rd: premium card instead of free card.
4th billing gets compounding,
5th it’s effecting on my credit score.
Please look at my issue & stop the billing.

After few minutes got an opportunity connect phone banking officer
